Unsalted butter 🧈
Cheese 🧀 (Mozzarella or Cheddar)
Onion 🧅
Sugar (1 tsp) 🍬
Mayonnaise 🥄"

1. Sauté chopped onion in unsalted butter until golden.
2. Add chopped kimchi and a teaspoon of sugar to the pan.
3. Cook until the kimchi turns translucent.
4. Spread mayonnaise on one side of each bread slice.
5. Layer mozzarella and kimchi on the bread and add more cheese.
6. Top with another slice of bread, mayo side up.
7. Grill on medium heat until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
8. Slice and serve immediately.
