Kimchi Village crafts Kimchi on the day of your order to ensure freshness. Upon receiving the product, gently open the package to release natural gas formed during fermentation. Continue fermenting the kimchi at room temperature for 2-3 days to enhance its natural probiotics.
Keep Refrigerated (Ideally 0°C-5°C) after fermentation and serve cold. We recommend consuming within 7 days of opening.

I've purchased kimchi before but not from this company. I saw there website and had a look never seen spring onions kimchi so me thinks I'll try some i also ordered mooli radish o my god the spring onions is absolutely brilliant tasty spicey my god can't get enough and the mooli radish hell fire it's gorgeous I cannot say enough about this company and product and very well packaged give them a try you won't be disappointed
