At Kimchi Village, we take pride in providing high-quality, freshly made kimchi.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

 

1. Damaged or Defective ProductsIf your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos of the damaged product and packaging to assess the issue. Once verified, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

 

2. CancellationsOrders can only be canceled if the request is made before the product has been shipped. Once your order is dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.
