Kimchi Village prepares your kimchi fresh on the day of your order to ensure the best quality. Upon receiving your kimchi, carefully open the container to release the natural gas produced during fermentation. For a richer, deeper flavour, leave it to ferment at room temperature for 2–3 days before refrigerating.
How to Enjoy
For the best flavour and freshness, refrigerate your kimchi immediately upon receipt (ideally at 0–5°C) and enjoy it straight away. Serve chilled.
If you prefer a deeper, more fermented flavour, you may leave the kimchi at room temperature for 2–3 days before refrigerating. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 7-10 days for the best quality.
